On March 2nd, 2015 Mitel settled an agreement to acquire Mavenir Systems, a software-based networking solution for mobile carriers. The agreement was reported the equivalence of $560 million in both cash and Mitel stock.
Mavenir's software is for voice over LTE and voice over WiFi, IP Multimedia Subsystem, and rich communication services. Now into the beginning of the month of March, the majority of us especially in the way north are starting to feel the winter blues. We are anticipating spring’s arrival and the snow to disappear.
