Mitel buys Mavenir
On March 2nd, 2015 Mitel settled an agreement to acquire Mavenir Systems, a software-based networking solution for mobile carriers. The agreement was reported the equivalence of $560 million in both cash and Mitel stock.
Mavenir's software is for voice over LTE and voice over WiFi, IP Multimedia Subsystem, and rich communication services.
